If its a nice boat you may want to give it a second thought to get it indoors. The sun is evil and will age your boat very quickly. I used to keep mine outside and the damage the sun can do was evident in only two seasons. It will destroy the cover rendering it not-so waterproof in a short time too. Don't store any wood baits in the boat either. Direct sunlight under a cover can really bake the baits. I have some expensive gliders that are cracked from the heat after leaving them in the boat.
