Location: lansing, il		you have to drill 4 holes in your boat for each mount, the longer ones may be six, there are flat washers and lock washers and a nut that go on the backside underneath to prevent them from pulling thru...you can also buy a metal plate that goes on the underside of your gunnel for added support if needed.
