Mark Hintz had his done a couple years ago. I seem to remember around $200. I'll ask Jim Kissinger from Oshkosh's soon to be new Kissinger Outboard service.

OK, he said about 2 hours labor. He doesn't have access right now on part cost. He opens on Sunday. This is not an April Fools post. He should post when he gets the cable installed.

Just talked to Jim. He doesn't have his internet yet. He suggested maybe just the rectifier is bad? Have you had it checked out? Rectifier is cheaper, and you can do it yourself. Might be worth it to just change it and see if that takes care of the problem.
