Geez, Shep, your post has really pi**ed me off!!! I had this whole discussion about the dang trailer on the three potential(Lund) targets I had picked out and dealer says, well Lund doesn't offer a trailer and these are custom made and that's how they come. They stick out 2 feet beyond the front of the boat and really eat room. I looked at the design and noted a LOT of wasted steel which seemed odd when you think of how many industrial designers live in the USA, LOL. If these guys had that price with a breakaway trailer neck it would be getting fitted and headed for my garage right now. Chumps, dullards!!!!!
These guys have been in the boat business for a while and should understand customer needs better. Of course I have the same gripe about the Pro V from bass tracker and they have already got breakaway trailer tongues and they DON'T HAVE IT for the model I want.
Ticks me off.............!!!
