When I was looking for a boat I wanted something more for smaller water and had a price range set that was a bit below that....primarily due to saving up money for an engagement ring at the time. That fell through and it put me in the 12-15k range. Found a used Lund Mr. Pike that really does the trick. Had it on everything from 90 acre potholes to Winnebago and it works just fine. If you keep your eyes open they are out there. Biggest thing to keep in mind though is whether or not you'll have a family in tow or are looking for something you can fish for other species with. No family for me but that thing has seen it's fair share of muskies as well as vertical jigging for perch, fishing the Wolf River sucker run, bullhead runs, and I've used it to set muskrat traps.
