I have the same problem, third car door is too narrow for my tandem 620. I thought about the go-jacks but ended up parking her in the middle stall and flanking her with vehicles. Its not an ideal parking situation but this way I get the boat I want and its in the garage.

I used to own a single axle trailer on a 19ft boat. Never again. Sure its more maneuverable but its also not as safe as a tandem. Tandem's track much straighter and when you have a blow out you don't lose control of the vehicle and may not trash the wheel like you would on a single.
