That's about what you can expect from a 60 HP motor and a 17' glass or aluminum; low thirties. The models you mentioned are 16 1/2 footers, with a far less involved interior. If you are looking for more speed, I'd suggest a 1760 GT with a 75 Mercury Opti Max or considering a console model. The 1700 C runs over 40 MPH with a 90 and a full load.
