Check if you have a blown fuse in your truck.

If it is the fuse, then you may have to try to figure out where the bare wire, etc. is that may have caused the problem.

Generally, factory trailer wiring when I worked at a marina (30 years ago) was Yellow wire left signal, Green right signal, brown tail lights and white ground. Good luck. - jim
