I ordered a new Esox Magnum this spring. I have been using it for a little over a month now, and I really like the new electrical system. Like Lambeau said it is very simple to use, and so far it has been dependable. I rigged all of my electronics myself without any problems. When I ordered the boat I was expecting to get the system used on the 2005 models, because I had not seen any literature on changes for 2006. I thought I would have to spend a lot of time running wire, soldering, and shrink tubing to set up my sonar and gps, but the wire was all there and ready to be run. I have the Magnum in a console, and the wire that came with the system was long enough to reach the mounting position on the bow. I am also very pleased with the gauges in the dash, they have a white background with a synthetic carbon fiber accent plate. I believe that is new for 06 as well.
