Location: Hayward, WI		Make sure that the manual release valve is tight. It is located in a hole in the transom bracket. Loosen it 2 turns and you can raise the motor by hand. Then tighten it back down and see if it helped. Also make sure that it is full of fluid, if it will not go up use the above method to get motor to up position to check.
