I suspect Shep's theory may be the culprit. I have a 2004 Ranger and under my dash is a common ground terminal block with a variety of items grounded to it. Suspect yours is similar, check it for corrosion, broken or unplugged wire, etc.

If that doesn't work call Ranger customer service or your local dealer and they will gladly help you. A boat that age should still be covered under warranty. The likelyhood of having several guages go bad at the same time is slim, suspect electrical and the only common wires your guages share is the ground wire, the signal wires all come from different sending units. I.e. the tach runs off the motor wiring harness, the fuel guage reads off the sending unit in your tank, but all have ground wires.
