Location: Stevens Point, Wi.		The reason I was asking about construction--was curious as to advantages/disadvantages in using truck radials vs. trailer radials. I would think a 6 ply ( load range C ) radial truck tire (LT) may be more advantageous than a similar rated trailer radial, having greater load capacity and higher speed rating. Just a thought! I would be interested to hear from a tire expert out there. I'm tired, pardon the pun, of tread seperation blowouts at 70 mph.
