Get a hold of Theedz from the board. Send him a private message if he doesn't see this post.

He has my old 1700 EDV with a 60 ELPTO Merc on it. Boat performed just fine with the aluminum prop I had on it. Good hole shot, and it get's low 30's top end. The guy that had it between me and Theedz had a 6hp kicker on it and still had good performance.

I had a stainless prop on it for a while that I had laying around in the shop, sorry I don't remember the pitch on it but suspect it the same as what the aluminum was, and it did a little better but nothing outstanding.

You should expect an acceptable hole shot and to get 32mph+ or - a few GPS with that boat depending on how it's loaded. I ran mine with generally 1/2-3/4 tank of fuel, two Lakewoods boxes and rods. I used the boat for guiding for a season and even with three people it still did ok.
