the console Osprey versions (the one pictured above) has the same rear deck as the Esox Deep V tiller would have in it. the tiller seat mounts to the floor in front of the rear casting deck.

i had been planning to build a custom deck extension for the 1760 tiller i'm getting this year - until i stood on the rear deck and now i'm not going to bother extending it. there is plenty of room to cast with ease, especially since Tuffy is putting a non-skid coating on the splash area to allow you to put a foot back there if you wanted to do so. great design/idea. (1890 is similar...just wider across the beam.)

as for storage? there is more storage in that 1890 than you'll find in most any comparable boat! tons of storage room.

best way to know is to go to your nearest boatshow and check one out...they'll be at the Madison Fishing Expo this weekend!
