Location: Chicago, Beverly		If you are upgrading from a 2 stroke to a 4 stroke, take a look at how much both the Honda and Yamaha 4 strokes weigh compared to what you are taking off. A honda 4 stroke 25 weighs 155 to 184 depending on which you get. The Yamaha about 143 for the one I found... Based on me lifting and moving my 2 stroke 25hp, I'd say it weighs considerably less then either of those.. If you are putting the motor on a new boat it won't matter..
