You mentioned rails and kicker. DO NOT ADD A KICKER TO A BASSBOAT!!!. The vast majority are not made to accomidate that weight bouncing around back there. It'll also screw-up the balance of the boat and could result in shaky handling (or worse). As far as rails, go to www.cabelas.com and look-up "ranger rails". I put those on my bassboat and love them. Just remember when you drill into glass: 1. Use masking tape and put a piece where you want to drill your hole 2.Drill a small pilot hole. 2. Use a countersink bit and get it down to the fiberglass 3. cover the screw in Marine Grade silicone and proceed with the install. I even put a liberal amount of silicone on the bottom of the rail and mine as solid as a rock.
