I have a Sea Ark 1860 that is decked and has rod lockers that will take 8 foot rods, three batteries, 48 inch livewell(used for storage), and 18 gallon tank. I have no problem with safety in two to three footers. It isn't fun, but I can troll in them. Very stable casting and I can walk all around the edge. It is a pain to cast out of in the wind becouse of the shallow draft. It moves like a duck feather on the water. Alumacraft makes a 20 footer that I have been looking at that has 30 inch sides and with a center console will take a 130 hp. It also has a heavier gauge hull, and there are a lot of options for it. It's good to have choices, Later.
