I have a 2004 johnson 4 stroke 200hp and love it! It's a real camel on fuel as long as you don't get too heavy on the throttle. Even loaded with 4 people, coolers and gear it doesn't seem to be working hard.Starts easy even when cold and very quiet, at 3500rpm you can hold a conversation just like your sitting in your living room. I would do it again in a heart beat.
It's on an alumacraft tournament sport 185.
That hp is the max for that boat I'm glad i went with it.
