Start with Heavy compound as Steve says. Be careful not to create to much heat when buffing or you will change color again.

If buffing doesn't work a light wet sand. Start with 1,200 wet then work your way down to 600. If you get them out work your way back up to get a good finish. Then buff and wax.

If that doesn't work and the scratches are deep you may need to spray with gel-coat. If its a flake finish this can be tricky. You may want to leave that to someone who's done it before.

You can get colored gel if you need to match from Spectrum colors and possible tints to try and match if its a solid. Tuffy might have the gel also.
