Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		The USCG sets the horsepower rating, so it's not something a consumer can decide. Most states enforce the USCG recommendation as law, so in many areas the DNR can ticket you if you are over USCG recommendation. It's not insurable by most companies, either, and if there is an accident it's a slam dunk liability.
