Check your trailer light bulbs. Make sure they are the correct size. Besides the good comments made about inspecting ground wires and other obvious connections, incorrect bulb size could draw more volts than your vehicle can supply. Also, be certain to clean the bulb and recepticle contacts too. Good luck. Let us know how you eventually solved the problem.
