Subject: Mercury pull start





Location: Des Moines IA		I have a 1969 7.5HP mercury that the pull start won't engage the cylinder to turn over. Anyone ever have to tackle this project before? Just wondering if I can get away with doing it myself or if I should take it in yet again?
