Those are flow through greasable hubs, which can be regreased by simply pumping new grease into the zert on the end of the hub. Pick up the trailer on each side with a jack and see if the wheels are good and tight, if the bearing race is shot, the wheel will 'wobble'. Either way, I'd get it to a repair shop before going very far.

If the race is shot, it's not too tough to replace the bearings. The trailer is made by Vanguard/Trailmaster, your packet will have information as to how to call them.
