Tom,I had a 165 magnum with a 50 4 stroke,it would get slow down to really slow speed.My new 175 magnum with a 60 doesn't.About 2.0 is as slow as it will go before I have to turn around and do it in reverse.Is your new motor carburated or injected.I've been told that it's harder for an injected motor to be slow way down.I don't know if true?Prop chice could make a difference too.Dennis Blume
