I did exactly the same thing a couple days ago. Was filling batts and cleaning leads and when I went to tighten the wing nut with pliers I wasn't paying attention and arced 'em. Got a nice shower of sparks and burn mark on the pliers. Lucky me... no harm and everything is working fine. Now if I'd only paid attention: I hooked up batts in parallel and need to reconnect them in series. Lesson learned
