Try cleaning the carbs with carb cleaner. Could be bad gas. Do you live in an area that uses reformulated gas? If so you should get a water/fuel seperator. Also, the reformulated gas breaks down sooner than the old reliable gas. If you're not lucky enough to fish very often you should put stabil in your gas. I've been told that as little as two weeks is enough time that stabil should be used. Also, check your spark plugs, but I'm sure that they did that when you brought it in.
