If you are able to remove a bracket from the bow where your locator or tm wiring and get your hand under the bow I would add a stainless steel plate under the fiberglass. Drill the holes in the steel to match your TM mount and run bolts through the top cap and the steel plate. This will help to reinforce the whole tm and you wont get spider cracks from 1 of your mounting bolts.
