If your motor has a quick release bracket(or not...), I wouldn't waste the time filling in the holes and re-drilling the wood. If you can reach under the bow deck a ways, you can drill through the rest of the wood panel, go and get the same diameter (or just a smidgen smaller) stainless steel bolts, long enough to go through the mounting plate, plywood etc, flat washers, and lock-nuts. Re-mount with those and you should be all set.
