Doubt it. Color barely matters on lures, so I can't see the boat making that much of a difference. The underside of a boat is in the shade so the color doesn't really stand out anyway. If the fish is more concerned with your boat color than your bait I don't think it was too hungry in the first place. That's not to say muskies don't get boat shy; they do, but I don't think the color of the boat has anything to do with it.
