Start by checking the easy things: loose wires, bad ground, try using the switch on the motor, make sure fluid is full. If can not find anything then get out a volt meter and see were you are loosing voltage. Start at the switch and work your way to the motor. Have seen some problems with the main harness from contrl to motor on these.
