Gander, I would have thought The Mountain would have it. It is available many places, here is one so you can see it (sorry for the other store reference)..

I'm thinking it would be ok to reach back to make adjustments by touching the wheel. Definatly not the same as just steering with your foot of course. The outboard would act as a rudder and work with the electric instead of fighting it as usual unless you tilt the motor all the way out of the water.
