Subject: Repacking wheel bearings

Getting ready for a trip to Namakagan near Hayward last week of July and I want to make sure my bearings are ok. I have bearing buddie type caps on them, but I've never repacked them and would like to start with fresh bearings, cups, etc. and fresh grease. Problem is, I don't know how to repack or disassemble/reasemble the hubs and bearings. Does anyone know of a good book or website with instructions? Geez- I wish I'da paid attnention when I was a kid and my Dad was repacking every year before our Canada vacations.
