I'm guessing that heat-taping the line is out? I've heard of folks putting a drain spigot on the line near the guage so water can be drained, but have no idea how you would operate it while underway. Maybe the best thing would be to insulate the line from air temps, if the water is liquid going in it could retain that nearly-freezing level without icing up. good luck with this one, m
