If it's still legible, the information you'll need is on a label on the trailer itself. You'll need the VIN, and all the other info you need is there as well. If Trailmaster (J.Q. Tex these days) can't help you, the axle is likely made by Dexter. You can pick up a hub kit from eTrailer.

Had the same thing happen a couple of years ago, replacing the axle was the best way to go.
