Help…

I am trying to rig my 95 Ranger R70 with a new Min Kotta maxum65 24volt trolling motor. The old TM was a 12volt. I have two brand new deep cell batteries for the TM and a separate cranking battery for the 75HP Mercury OB. The boat came equipped with a Guest two bank onboard charger. There are four 6gauge wires running from the battery area to the type 4 TM plug at the bow (Black, Red, Orange, White). There are two inline 40amp circuit breakers on the ____and ____ wire to the TM. My question is how do I wire the batteries and charger to run the new 24volt motor.

Do I use all four wires and jump the batteries at the plug to make 24 volts?
Do I use two wires and jump the batteries in the back to make 24 volts?
Do I bundle the wires in pairs to increase the gauge?
Are the 40amp circuit breakers OK? The TM has a tag specifying 50 amp.
Will I have to unplug the TM or disconnect the jumper to charge the batteries?
Will the OB keep the cranking battery charged?
Do I need a three Bank charger?

Thanks,
Bruce
