I just got done doing an 89 Champion 20' bass boat. The job is relatively easy but labor intensive in removing all the old glue. I was able to get 20z marine grade carpeting at Lowes. I ended up getting 30' of carpet because I wanted to do all the insides of the rod lockers too. I think the whole bill was $210 for carpet, glue and some tools. I am attaching a pic. just make sure you work front-> back or back->front to ensure you keep the grain of the carpet the same.
