You got it on the series wiring. You do not have to remove the jumper between the batteries, if you have a 2 or three bank charger. Also, I would recommend 6 ga. wire minimum. Not sure what you have now. You can get the wire almost anywhere. Fleet, Menards, Ace, or any electrical distributor.
