Week 32
I did it! Finally! I broke the 300 barrier. Granted I barely broke it, but it was a 2 in front of my weight, not a 3! 299!!
I hope this means that I have pushed through the plateau that I was stuck on. I have been careful with my diet the whole time, and except for the week my face blew up, I was consistent at the gym. I guess we will just have to wait and see next weigh in. I really want to be through with the 300's for good.

That is great! If you don't have a lot to lose, 4lbs is a lot. Just take it slow and by opening day, you will be in great shape and able to cast 2lb bull dawgs all day long!

Your story has been an inspiration. Been doing a lot of talking and a lot of thinking about it, now I'm actually DOING something about it.
Lost 4 pounds since Jan 1. Nothing like what you are doing, but its something! Amazing what a little excercise and watching what you eat can do.
