Been a while since I have updated this thing.....The school year has gone by quickly, still amazing how fast it goes by. Grades this semester should be pretty ok...still hoping for that elusive 3.0, but then again its hard to get a 3.0 when your constantly searching for that elusive 50 inch fish. I know she is out there in the stretch of river I fish in. Since the southern zone has opened I have already missed a mid 40's fish and a upper 40's fish, which is disapointing yet good to know they are still holding where they were last year. I'm in study mode now so havent had a ton of time to get out and fish, not compared to passed years at least. As school winds down I am looking ahead to my summer out in Utah working an internship with the DWR. I'll be based out of the same office as Sorno, so at least I'll get to know another M1st'r and Sorno has also told me I am expected in his boat, although maybe now he is regretting that since I have dropped questions about fishing on him like the US dropped bombs on Normandy. It should be a great summer experience for me in a great part of our country. I look forward to next school year as well, get to come home and fish the river in search of another fall Wisconsin trophy. Also booked a room at the Skyview today for Octobers MuskieFIRST outing in Presque Isle. I'll be going up with Merckid and fishing with him. Hopefully I dont have to push him in, and if I do that he wont get electrocuted with that fancy electric rainsuit of his.....just kidding of course! I'm looking forward to that outing, last years sounded like a blast and I'm sure this one will be as well........Until next time, good fishing.

Nope, you're still expected in the boat. I consider it friendly fire!
