While still battling my cold or flu or whatever the heck I have, my roommate and I decided to head out for a little fishing and I hoped to put him on his first musky. We got out and were going to try to move far up the river to a spot that rarely gets fishing pressure due to its locations. After hitting a few rocks we decided this spot was a bad idea. So we drifted down river and actually got stuck on a rock, so we decided that was a good area to fish. We eventually dislodged and dropped anchor to hold us in position. After a few casts all hell broke loose! The fish ate my bait about 5 feet from the boat and did its best to headshake the bait free. My roommate picked up anchor and we drifted down stream a ways where there was another student fishing in his boat. Thankfully he had a net and handed it over to us. My roomate netted it perfectly and just about jumped out of the boat! Clipped some hooks, took a measurement and off she swam. At 47 inches it was by far my biggest fish, shattering my previous biggest of 43. What a day! Posted by Pointerpride102 on 10/20/2006 11:00:02 AM What is this "class"?
