It's tough to beat tying lures with your kid!

A nice gold one that I traded for a squirrely jake. It's been great to trade a few for some nice lures.

It's also been a pleasure donating for some great events and cause. Building lures has really opened some doors for me, but the best part has been all the people ive met or been able to work with. Thanks everyone and muskie first for a wonderful forum!

Your marabou and hackle baits are top notch, nicely done! Where do you order your feathers from?

Thanks for the kind words. Lots of practice and care have gone into building them, I may not be the fastest but I know with out a doubt I've done everything I can to have a nice looking quality skirt when I'm done. Also alot of tips from others on here have helped a ton.

It's been a very busy off season so far for this basement builder. We're now into another new year, with another great year musky fishing and as well as a successful hunting season, I've been working on everyone's bucktails now. It's been amazing looking back on all my work, as well as other basement builders and how much everyone's musky lures have continued to get better every year. I wanted to take the time and thank everyone who continue to allow me to build you my own personal bucktails and also muskie first for the best basement builder site out there. Here's to 2016 and another amazing year building baits for and amazing fish!
