| Planning to attend the Chicago Muskie Expo in a couple of weeks. Some have said there may be some discounts to be had. I will be looking to pick up some trolling rods from Thorne, Chaos Rod(s) and a Tranx 400hg. So if I am looking for some discounts is it best to go Day 1,2 or 3? Or does it not really matter. |

| Your not going to get a better deal on day 3 vs day 1 or 2,,this is the first show of 2024 so the retailers like thrones will have a fair amount of shows to do this winter and spring both muskie and general outdoors.
Your best going on day 1 before things get picked over so you get the rod length and action and the right reel size and retrieve ratio you want. |

| So it sounds like shouldn't expect any deals on a Tranx 400. I should expect to pay the same as any of the big box stores.
I will let the vendors who I intend to buy rods from bring the exact rods I want with my name on them.
Do any vendors who attend these show bring line machines with them to install line? |

| Price wise they have deals but it will be the same deal on day 1,2,3, its not a situation where on the last day of the show they slash prices more, they still have the entire sports shown season ahead.
Usually you do get a get a better deal on rods reels at expos better er then you would walking into a store. |

Location: Delavan, WI | I have never seen anyone bring a line spooling machine at the musky show its probably more trouble than its worth to bring something like that there, its only a 3 day show so its a quick set up and take down and space is at a premium so just doesn't make sense in my opinion. |

| Crash's Landing run show deals on reels. Best deals I've seen out there. I don't know if they do the Chicago show or not but they may offer them through online sales too if you reach out. |
