I have a new to me Hook 2 totalscan with the totalscan transducer. I don't get a depth reading. I have a hook 9 and this is where the transducer selection should be in the menu. This unit has 3 transducer options but the install tab is not here. Anything I find online says this is where it should be. Anyone know what I am missing?

One other rant the totalscan transducer is the only one that does.not have a trolling motor mount. Found an aftermarket one and the fit is terrible ended up gluing it to the bracket.

Make sure you are on the right Channel. Can't explain beyond that but had a similar issue with my 3 in 1 talking to my network.
