Looks like Andy Schiera and his partner won, Spence Petros and his partner came in 2nd.

Just seen a pic of the third place fish definitely a leech laker. The stocking Chicagoland and FRV are doing is paying off.

LG will never be a big numbers lake but it will be one of the best big fish lakes in Wisconsin.

Todd, have GL strain been considered. Great work by MI, just curious what GL strain would do in a lake like Geneva compared to Leechers

I think the challenge will be getting them privately. we would be better off trying to get the state to stock them.

Bit off topic but what’s going on over at delavan? I see they threw a thousand fingerlings in there last month for carp mitigation. Is that a one time thing or do they have a long term stocking plan for that lake again?

Musky stocking has never done well on Delevan. I can only assume the pike are eating them before they get decent sized. The lake association is now stocking them. The state used to. If Muskies could get established it would be a great lake to fish for them. The lake has twice.been killed off and restocked because of carp.
