I’ll be heading up to one of these bodies of water late October with a buddy and am just looking for some tips on either body of water. Not looking for spots, but info on water clarity, forage, etc.. Any tips are appreciated.

We heard that the bigger lakes were starting to turn over and the smaller ones should be finishing up. Decided to hit Kewaguesaga instead of Minocqua Saturday. Lake must have just finished turning over. Surface temps were 51-52. Never saw a fish. Same for two other boats we talked to. Still better than sitting on the couch though.
