There was a total of 118 boats in this year’s Kevin Worrall Memorial Muskie Classic. Great weather for the event with partly cloudy skies and wind throughout the day. Five teams doubled up and there was a total of 19 muskies registered in the one-day annual event held on Pelican Lake out of Gerrit’s Lake View. Team 114 Junion and Junion won the event with two muskies a 47” and a 40 1/4”!

This event benefits the Ronald McDonald House in Marshfield, and we may set a fundraising record this year. Muskie anglers rock! Read More

The best part of that very special day for me was accomplishing it with my 17 year old son as my partner.

We beat second place by just 0.25". When I first swiped the tail of the second fish I got 40" then swiped the bottom tip and got 40.25"

Thank you to all who worked, volunteered and participated. It truly is an awesome event and a great cause!
