I'm two hours from the Park Rapids, MN area and am thinking about a pilgrimage to Mantrap Lake here in the next week. I don't necessarily want intel on spots and lures (I'll take them, of course!), but am really just wondering if people are catching fish there this year (giants aside, anything will do; I love the scenery and the pines but would like to at least have a shot at a fish). I heard the last few years, especially 2020, haven't been kind to fishermen on Mantrap. I don't want to go up there if the cold streak is still on and my chances are low, so hoping someone can offer me something
Thank you!
