I cant for the life of me find an exension for my terrova foot pedal i want to run it under the deck to the back of the boat.

I never seen or heard of one .
Maybe find a broken pedal and make yourself one ?

This would be a good question for a guide who might have one and does so from the rear deck.

They don't make one. If you want one you'll need to have one engineered and made. It's tricky because it's not a simple on/off type of circuit. Lots of Ohms, amps and that sort of engineering stuff goes into it. Cable length changes how the data is perceived.

Only time I went with a guide, he used a remote from the rear with his Terrova.

i understand ohms and amps, im an industrial electrician that specialized in machine controls, i very seriously doubt that adding 10' of cable to it would effect it in any way. Im going to try and track down the 4pin connectors and make one.

I looked on Minn Kota's website, and the cord is 18'... There's also the iPilot, and iPilot Link remotes. Both have a pretty simple learning curve, and in some ways beats the heck out of the pedal!
