I been looking at the TI telescopic rods, as well as the chaos tackle assault stick originals, has anyone got any experience with either of these for gliders?

Not those but I use telescoping rods for gliders no issues.

What rods do you like for gliders? I´ve never used them but I´m looking to start into them.

I have the TI 9’ and use it all the time. For almost everything including gliders. No issues

7'6" Heavy action rod for a dedicated WTD set up. Longer rods are ok for some people but a shorter rod is much easier to work WTD baits with better action IMO.

I use my 9'3", 8'6", 8' rods depending on what boat I am in. If you are staring out and have a shorter rod, give that a try and learn some of your baits first. my first jerkbait rod was 6'.

As of currently, all I have is an 8´6, I´m planning on getting an 8´0 mojo medium heavy but it is only rated 3/4 to 3 so I plan on throwing the smallest size phantom on that along with some of the bass glidebaits. I always just like having a long list of stuff I want next so I can figure how long I got to save to get it. How much more difficult will it be for me to use a 9 foot rather than a 7´6 or something similar?

I still use a 6'9 and can steer gliders and walk the dogs thru Lilly pad and reed beds and I definitely do not have the hands of a surgeon. Shorter rods allow a little more finesse.
