Yes it's a happy Thanksgiving, Took my mom for doctors apt. and waited around in the waiting area till she came out lots of folks in there dissenting or not. Had been felling pretty bad. Went got a Covid test got the negative E-mail today (meaning i'm ok. )I was thinking they my family was going to be leaving me plate of food at the top of the basement stairs. All is good!

Our normal small group of six, was divided into two households of three, this year(we didn't want to mix a front line worker and folks in their eighties). Dropped off turkey, gravy, rolls and cranberry relish, on my sister's porch, and picked up mashed potatoes, dressing, and pie. Both households had a wonderful feast and a short Zoom together. As disappointing as it was, not to be together, we all had much to be thankful for. A wish that all of you had a healthy and happy Thanksgiving as well.

Happy Thanksgiving !
Instead of the normal 45 people (all related) we only had 12 this year.
only 1 Turkey, a couple of Smoked ducks and 10 lbs. of Smoked Deer roast.... man was that good ! Super tender. Oh, and Homemade Pies galore.

Was just Sue and my sis and I this year, I left deer camp yesterday to head home for dinner. Keith and the boys stayed at deer camp and had turkey day in force. I tagged out on the opener the week before with the crossbow and returned to sit with the boys today. Great holiday!
